Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Platteville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
All bids will be publicly opened and read at the specified time and date indicated above by the Owner or his designee. This will be bid as multiple bid unit categories to be sub-contracted to the Construction Manager at Risk. This bid package includes a complete redeveloped site, new building structure, exterior enclosures, interior finishes, plumbing/mechanical/electrical systems, and exterior site improvements. Bid Security in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept any bid, reject any and all bids, and upon acceptance of any bid, to thereafter accept revisions or modifications on such bid. The Owner and Kraemer Brothers encourage Small, Minority, Womens, and Labor Surplus firms to participate in bidding this project.
