The Successful Bidder shall be required to perform all associated works for the new building and site works in accordance with the project The construction work for this project has an anticipated duration of fourteen (14) months. The Contract is anticipated to commence in May 2025 and has an anticipated substantial performance date of August 1st, 2026, with total project completion by September 7 th , 2026. The warranty period will be in effect for one (1) year after project substantial performance.
