Site work for a mixed-use development in Plano, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The City of Plano (hereinafter referred to as "City") requires improvements under this contract for the following: This project is to renovate the entire irrigation system, re-grade and re-sod ball field and selected low areas and/or washout areas, and plant additional trees along Norwood Lane. The location of this project is 6622 Norwood Lane in the City of Plano, Texas. A location map is included in the plans. A BID BOND or a CASHIERS CHECK in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must be received by The City of Plano Procurement Division prior to the published bid closing date/time. This is a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute the performance bond and the payment bond on the forms provided in this solicitation The amount for liquidated damages is anticipated to be $500.00 for each day work remains incomplete after the time specified.
