Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a medical facility in Wappingers Falls, New York. Completed plans call for asbestos abatement for a medical facility.
Please see the attached Amendment 0001 extending the quote due date. An additional amendment shall be published with RFI responses. Note: A site visit will be held to address the scope and requirements to include all questions. Site visit will be conducted on Monday, March 3rd at 2:00 PM ET. All potential offerors will meet at the Building 9 Engineering Conference Room at the Castle Point VAMC Hospital. Please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and supporting documentation. The objective of this acquisition is to complete the abatement in accordance with the design documents included in this procurement. Period of Performance: The period of performance for design shall be 90 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Place of Performance / Place of Delivery: The place of performance for this contract is the care facility located at VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, Castle point Campus, 41 Castle point Road, NY 12590. The objective of this acquisition is to complete the abatement in accordance with the design documents included in this procurement. The period of performance for design shall be 90 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The place of performance for this contract is the care facility located at VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, Castle point Campus, 41 Castle point Road, NY 12590. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
