Location- 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way Madison, WI 53713 In accordance with Wisconsin Statute 71.80(16)(a),successful non resident bidder, whether incorporated or not, and not otherwise regularly engaged in business in this state, shall file surety bond with State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue payable to Department of Revenue, to guarantee payment of income taxes, required unemployment compensation contributions, sales and use taxes and income taxes withheld from wages of employees, together with any penalties and interest thereon. Amount of bond shall be three percent (3%) of Contract or subcontract price on all contracts of $50,000 or more Each bid shall be accompanied by a bank certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price, made payable to Dane County.
