Renovation of an educational facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The College of New Caledonia is undertaking this project to improve the building envelope on the Main Building at their Prince George Campus. To assist in the successful delivery of the project, CNC is seeking proposals from proponents with a proven track record of providing Construction Management Services from proponents with a successful history of providing Construction Management Services for the fast-track project delivery. It is important to note that, at the sole discretion of CNC, the successful proponent may be selected to become the Contractor for one or more Components of the construction Work. This project will replace the existing building envelope to provide the college community with a revitalized building exterior that increases occupant comfort through improved energy efficiency, creates a welcoming and cohesive campus experience by improving aesthetics, and reduces maintenance requirements. Construction of the project is expected to be separated into two Components. Component 1 Replacement of the building envelope on the entire 100 and 700 block buildings, and replacement of the building envelope on the south face of the 300 block. Component 2 Replacement of the building envelope on the remainder of the Main Building, including the 200, 300, 400, and 500 block buildings.
