Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Wahiawa, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development; and for site work for a industrial development.
Design and construct a high-pressure processing facility, which includes the installation of a high-pressure processing machine with a minimum hourly throughput capacity of 7,000 lbs./hour, and appurtenances, complete, in-place. The State of Hawaii is seeking Contractor(s) to purchase and install one, or possibly two 525 L highpressure processing (HPP) machines (referred to as "HPP 525 L Machine"), as well as design and build an agricultural facility (referred to herein as "High-Pressure Processing Facility") to house two HPP 525 L machines situated at the Central Oahu Food and Agriculture Hub in Whitmore Village, Oahu. This contract shall be for a period of 2 year(s) beginning on the date specified on the Notice to Proceed. Unless terminated, the contract may be extended without re-solicitation, upon mutual agreement in writing between the State and the Contractor, prior to the expiration date, for not more than 2 additional 12-month periods, or parts thereof.
