Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Sarver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,030-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Project consists of interior alterations to the second floor of the Buffalo Township Municiapl Building. Project also includes exterior renovations to the existing façade as well as construction of a meeting room addition. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Owner, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bids, shall be submitted with each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids,either in part or in total, and to waive informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days subsequent to the opening of the bids except as permitted by applicable law.. Buffalo Township Additions & Alterations to Buffalo Township Municipal Building General, Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical Bids shall be on a lump-sum basis. Segregated Bids will not be accepted.
