sealed BIDS for the construction of a NEW INDUSTRIAL BUILDING on an existing build-ready site in the Princeton-Caldwell County Industrial Park. More specifically, bids shall be received for a Design-Build construction project for a pre-engineered metal building to include structure, minimal site and utility work, minimal building pad construction work as necessary to accommodate a new 100,000 sf pre-engineered structure, having nominal dimensions of approximately 250' x 400' x 30' eave height. The building will not be finished or occupied at this time. The project shall be funded in part through the Kentucky Product Development Initiative, and/or other feder- al, state and local funds. Bid selection will be based on lowest and best value as determined by the Owner. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to waive any irregularities in bidding.
