Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Riverdale, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 61,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Scope of Services: the Proponent Shall Provide a Comprehensive Design-build for the City of South Fulton, as Specified in This Rfq and Attachment a: Scope of Services (Sos) Attached Hereto and Incorporated Herein by Reference. The City Council Approves All Contracts Over $100k Proposal Duration: Proposals Submitted in Response to This Rfq Must Be Valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) Calendar Days From the Proposal Submission Deadline and Marked as Such. The total usable building space amounts to approximately 61,000 square feet. The City's delivery method is Design-Build. The City may consider using LEED standards during the design process, and the successful Proponent will be asked to make recommendations along with cost differentials for consideration and approval. Energy modeling will be required as the Police Department will use solar power to augment the facility's power requirements and power EV chargers.
