The new work generally consists of the removal of the existing roofing system and installation of a new roofing system with insulation. Adjustment of the existing curbs that support rooftop equipment, ensuring proper alignment and integration with the new roof. This modification may include raising the curbs to accommodate updated roof systems or meet current building codes. Sealed bids will be received for the following contract: 1.
