Library AV Upgrades All requests for clarifications or interpretations outside of the Pre-Bid Conference shall be made in writing and will be answered by Addendum when appropriate. All questions should be directed to Lyle Cutler at lcutler@dewberry.com; 309.282.8132. for the Crest Hill, Lockport, and Romeoville Library AV Upgrades. The time for completion of this project is 183 calendar days from date of "Notice to Proceed. Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of receipt. Contractors can coordinate directly with the library locations to gain access to the site for any walk-throughs. Representatives of all bidding firms are requested to attend, to present any questions they may have. Neither the Architect nor the Owner will respond to questions orally regarding the Project outside of the Pre-Bid Conference. Minutes of the Pre-Bid Conference will be disseminated to all those attending and to the General Public. All requests for clarifications or interpretations outside of the Pre-Bid Conference shall be made in writing and will be answered by Addendum when appropriate. Commencement of the work on the project shall be subject to the discretion of the White Oak Library District. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner.
