BWI Roadway Canopy Repairs A. The proposed project includes the replacement of fire-damaged components at the roadway canopy at BWI Marshall Thurgood International Airport. B. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the project, as defined in the project drawings and specifications. The Work includes the following: 1. Demolition of Fire-Damaged Canopy Components: a. Polycarbonate-panel roof assemblies with associated joints and flashings. b. Illuminated panel signage. c. Electrical components. 2. Cleaning of Canopy Components to remain: a. Clean hardened plastic debris from steel structure, concrete pavers, stainless-steel gutter, and other components. b. Clean smoke stains from items to remain. c. Pressure-wash existing polycarbonate-panel roof assemblies to remain. d. Clear debris from storm piping and gutters. 3. Replace Structured-polycarbonate-panel assemblies and related components as indicated on Drawings. 4. Replace snow guards as required in the affected area. 5. Re-paint existing items, including storm piping and structural steel. 24% Total MBE Participation With Sub-Goals of: 0% African American Owned Firms 0 Hispanic American-owned 0% Asian Owned Firms 0% Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise Firms Contract Duration 275 Calendar Days Liquidated Damages $1,500 per Calendar Day
