The Director of Industrial Relations of the State of California has determined the generalprevailing rates of wages in the locality in which the Work is to be performed. All Bonds shall be on forms provided by the City.NIB -14 Conditional Award of Contract and Reservation of Rights. The Board , acting through the ChiefExecutive Officer, reserves the right at any time before the execution of the Contract by the City, to reject any orall Bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity. The Conditional Award of the Contract, if any, will be to theresponsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive and responsible Bid. If the lowest responsive responsibleBidder fails to submit the required documents including insurance forms, bonds and signed Contract withinthirty (30) calendar days after Conditional Award of Contract, the Board reserves the right to rescind theConditional Award and Conditionally Award the Contract to the next lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.NIB -15 Period of Bid Irrevocability.
