Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Luling, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Replacement of existing Air-Cooled Chiller, along with the addition of a new redundant Air-Cooled Chiller. Work includes full integration of replacement and new chiller to building systems including but not limited to piping, BAS, electrical, etc A. The scope of this section defines the items included in each Bid Item. Payment will be made based on the specified items included in the description in this section for each Bid Item. B. All contract prices included in the bid form will be full compensation for all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the construction as shown on the Drawings and/or as described in the Specifications to be performed under this contract. Actual quantities of each item bid on a unit price basis will be determined upon completion of the construction. Payment for all items in the bid form will constitute full compensation for all work to be performed under this Contract. The Contractor shall protect all existing utilities and improvements not designated for removal and shall restore damaged or temporarily relocated utilities and improvements to a condition equal to or better than they were prior to such damage or temporary relocation, all in accordance with requirements specified herein, and in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. A. Work covered by this Section includes furnishing of and paying for all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, permits, taxes, other items, and appliances necessary for the execution, installation and completion of all work specified herein and/or shown on the drawings. B. The Work described in this section of the specifications includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Installation of all laboratory air valves, VAV boxes, re-heat coils, ductwork, controls and devices required by drawings and specifications and required for a complete operable system. 2. Chilled water piping and connections. 3. Heating hot water piping and connections. 4. Steam piping and connections 5. Condensate piping and connections. 6. Preparation for testing and balancing of mechanical systems and correcting deficiencies. 7. Preparation and submittal of maintenance manuals, shop drawings, product data, and samples. 8. Maintaining a record set of bond paper prints and marking them to indicate locations of concealed items, and deviations made to suit conditions and production of mechanical record drawings. 9. Bracing and anchoring equipment, sheet metal ducts, and piping systems.
