Summary Project Description: The Owner invites bids for renovation of the partial first floor of the Mays House. The work includes the renovation of all wall and ceiling surfaces, selective work on doors, hardware, etc. removal and installation of new lighting fixtures, repair of selective electrical outlets, replace baseboard heating covers, alternate cost of new HVAC Units, update of fire alarm devices, and selective replacement and repair of plumbing fixtures. Last Request for Information Due: 4 days prior to the due date of proposals Proposals May Not Be Withdrawn Until: 45 days after due date.
