Tower Hill Rehabilitation DNR Green Ridge State Forest The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1 Rehabilitation of the existing, circa 1930s forestry fire tower and the repair or replacement of any deficient items designed to be 1-for-1 with existing components. 2. The repair of stairs, handrails, decks/landings, as needed, to allow for safe access from grade to the top of the tower. 3. Replacement and repair of windows, roof, and addressing other deficiencies noted during field assessment. Project Location: Tower Road, Little Orleans, Allegany County, MD 21766.
