Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Greenville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond payable to Greenville Area School District, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents. Contract No. 1 General (Window) Construction Final Project Completion Date $500.00 Final Project Closeout Completion Date $400.00 A. The Contract will be awarded as soon as possible to the lowest responsible Bidder, provided the bid is reasonable and it is in the interest of the Owner to accept it. B. The Owner shall have the right to accept Alternates in any order or combination and to determine the low Bidder on the basis of the sum of the Base Bid and Alternates accepted on the date of Contract Award. C. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in bids when such waiver is in the interest of the Owner. D. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids when such rejection is in the interest of the Owner, and to reject the bid of any Bidder, who in the Owner's judgment, is not in position to perform the Contract. E. Each Bidder agrees to waive any claim it has or may have against the Owner, the Architect/Engineer, and their respective employees, arising out of or in connection with the administration, evaluation, or recommendation of any bid. "No Construction Estimates are available per Architect/Engineer. The value listed is for searchability purposes and does not reflect the actual value of the project."
