Renovation of a multi-residential development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Prequalification of Contractors for HVAC and Fuel Switching Upgrades Project at Lakeview Promenade, City of Mississauga, Project 24540. The Project will include the following scope: - Replacement of existing gas-fired MUA with new unit equipped with a heat pump and electric backup heater. - Replacement of in-suite electric baseboard heaters with new packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) units. - Provision of new energy recovery ventilators (ERV's) inside each unit, including bulkhead installation and patching/painting. - Replace all apartment unit electrical panels with new. - Coordinate with Alectra for replacement of existing utility transformer and provision of a new utility owned pad mount transformer. Perform all ancillary work related to this that is not performed by Alectra such as grounding. - Provide new switchgear, bus duct, and transformers as a result of service upgrade. - Provide new structural foundation in existing parking garage for new utility transformer, and related mechanical works. - Provision of temporary generator and cabling to serve site during construction. - All other upgrades to electrical distribution to suit the increased load requirements. - Miscellaneous tasks including cutting, patching, painting, hoarding, and furnishing of suites to provide tenants with temporary accommodations for in-suite work. - Multi-phased construction A Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50 percent of the Contract value, which for the purposes of this prequalification is estimated up to $10,000,000.
