The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Rooftop Unit Rehabilitation, ClimaVision Control System Installation, and Maintenance located at National Guard Lathrop Armory, 400 Roth Road, Lathrop, CA 95321. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to rehabilitate six rooftop package units, install a ClimaVision control system with integrated zoning, install dedicated wireless service with a thirty-six months of service, and provide scheduled maintenance services for three years. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license and/or C-20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
