Site work for a swimming pool in Welland, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a 15-square-foot swimming pool.
The City of Welland is seeking qualified contractors to submit bid responses for the removal of an existing step and the installation of a new entrance ramp at the Maple Park Pool (512 South Pelham Road, Welland, ON) Following an accessibility audit, this project was identified as required to improve accessibility in compliance with AODA standards. The site was reviewed, and drawings were created and submitted for building permit, which has been issued for this project. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: - Demolition and removal of the existing step. - Excavation, forming, pouring and backfill of the new ramp and foundations c/w tactilestrips and handrails.
