The Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovations Project GMP 1 are concentrated around the projects that will be scheduled to begin mid-year 2025 (July 2025) as well as the off-season in late 2025 (November 2025) to be delivered prior to 2026 season (March 2026). This project has an overall MBE subcontract participation goal of 32% overall with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Woman Owned businesses. MBEs must be certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) in order to count towards the goal. No other MBE certifications are acceptable. This project includes prevailing wages. MBE forms, provided in Procore, must be completed, and submitted with all bid proposals.
