Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,536-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Construction of a new x 3,536 GSF, 1-story Office Building, that includes, but not limited to a. Site demolition and prep, earthwork, sidewalks, utilities, concrete footings, slab on grade, structural steel, metal deck, brick veneer, cold-formed metal framing, sheathing, insulation, aluminum windows/storefront/doors, FRP doors, Standing seam metal roof, gutters and downspouts, and metal fascia. b. Interior construction of walls, new doors, new metal stud wall systems, new flooring, painting, ceilings, wood doors, hollow metal frames, hardware, laminate casework, painting, signage. c. New Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm Furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of NCDHHS Walter B. Jones ADATC New Office Building Preferred Alternate; Corbin-Russwin Door Hardware The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
