Reference Number 0000377881 Job Location 22504 E. 11 Mile Road St. Clair Shores, Michigan United States 48041 The City of St. Clair Shores is soliciting a request for proposals from qualified firms, to provide professional assessment, removal and replacement of existing cedar shingles, gutters and downspouts at the Selinsky Green Farmhouse Museum located at 22504 East 11 Mile Road in the City of St. Clair Shores. The services to be provided by the selected firm shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. The Visual Assessment and complete tear off and replacement of cedar shingles with all required flashings and underlayment to provide a water tight surface 2. Complete removal and replacement of existing gutters and downspouts to match the size, style and profile of the existing.
