General: The project consists of removing and replacing HVAC systems located at 111 Rosedale Road, Ada, Ok, 74820 No member, officer, or employee of the Department of Community Services during his tenure or for one year thereafter shall have any interest direct, or indirect, in this contract or the proceeds thereof. Provide and replace all HVAC equipment with specified equipment attached. Furnace, coil, and condensers. Install new all drain pans and re-connect all condensate drains. Install new condensate flow switches in all units, primary and secondary switches. Install new filter bases in duct work that will filter all the airthat is entering the blower compartment, return from the building and fresh air. Install new filters. Repair all duct work as needed. Make sure all flue gas and makeup air piping is clean and free from restrictions and all joints are glued and secured (code compliant) Disconnect and Re-connect all Genesis air units as needed and make sure they are operating correctly Clean and blow out all condensate drains Use existing copper if feasible. Drain pans on horizontal units to be installed and mounted directly under units with pop ups between pan and units. Flush all refrigerant lines for new refrigerant. o Support All copper and duct work (code compliant) o All ducts be properly insulated and sealed (code compliant) o Install all new t-stats digital non programmable. o Re-seal all roof jacks o Label all units and thermostats. Contractor will be responsible for deposing of all old equipment and materials not needed.
