License Requirement: Licensed B Contractor DSA# 03-124597 Location- 1570 E Colorado Blvd Pasadena, CA 91106 The Project consists of: Replacement of the Center for the Arts North-East exist doors and reinforcement of hardware and closers with an additional component to "hold open" during regular school hours. The wiring to the existing Fire Alarm System to automatically close in the event of a fire is also required to make the building safer. The construction duration shall be 90 Calendar days. scope of work is in center for the arts building, stair #1 only. work consists of: 1. demo of (4) 90 min. rated doors and hardware only, window wall systems to remain in their entirety. 2. replace (4) 90 min rated doors in kind with new. 3. replace door closers/operators in kind with new 4. engage hold-open function on new doors/hardware. 5. provide door contact connection to fire alarm system so doors automatically close in a fire event Question Deadline 03/17/2025 at 10:00 AM PT DVBE (3%)
