Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

All requests shall be received no later than the date specified in the Solicitation Time Schedule. Requests received after the scheduled time may not be given consideration. Questions relating to this solicitation shall be emailed to Christine Koizumi at bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. Estimated $740,000 for this project. To be eligible to bid, the prospective offeror must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. Pursuant to Section 3-122-16.05 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules, a pre-bid conference shall be held for construction projects with a total estimated contract value of $500,000 or more. The Hawaii product preference pursuant to HRS 103D-1002 and Section 3-124 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) is not applicable to this solicitation.
