Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of services entails construction phase services entailing the renovation of this 40-year-old park to protect and enhance the headwaters of College Creek and provide improved water access within a community that today has very limited nearby recreational amenities. This selected contractor will be responsible for completing all work shown within the contract drawings including demolition of the existing park boardwalk, removal of planters and concrete debris, installation of a new ADA accessible pathway, provide new native plantings and install a memorial medallion.
