Washington County Conservation District on behalf of DB Farms of WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA - Sealed Proposals will be received by Washington County Conservation District (WCCD) for Bid of: DB Farm ACAP Project. The project shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, Mobilization, Construction of a Roofed Heavy Use Area, Construction of Waste Storage Facility, erosion and sediment pollution control. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are required to be paid for this project. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidders Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of DB Farm in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 30 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Proposals must be made to DB Farm and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. No Bidder may withdraw their Proposal during the sixty (60) day period without forfeiting his Bid guarantee. DB Farm reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
