Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cottonwood, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
**As of January 14, 2026, the awarded contractor for Sedona Area is Origin Development, but the awarded amount is not yet available. While the Cottonwood will be awarded in January 20, 2026.** Cottonwood and Sedona Home Repair Programs City of Sedona Cottonwood and Sedona Home Repair Programs the City of Cottonwood and the City of Sedona, in Partnership With Verde Valley Habitat for Humanity, Have Each Been Awarded a Federal Community Development Block Grant From the Arizona Department of Housing for Home Repair Projects. On Their Behalf Nacog Will Accept Bids From Qualified Firms Registered With the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to Make Substantial Repairs to Six Homes Located in Cottonwood and Sedona. The Scope of Work Includes but is Not Limited to: New Roofing and Gutters; Exterior Door Replacement; Roofing Repairs; Plumbing Repairs; Flooring and Hvac. Minority, Woman-owned, and Disadvantaged Businesses Are Encouraged to Submit Bids. Nacog May Waive Informalities in the Bids, May Negotiate With Any and All Bidders, and May Reject All Bids if It is Deemed in the Best Interest of Nacog, the City of Cottonwood, or the City of Sedona.
