Site work for a pipeline in Riverview, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.

A. The Riverview Land Preserve (RLP) is located on Grange Road in Riverview, Michigan, Wayne County, 1/4 mile north of King Road, between Allen Road and Fort Street. The RLP is presently licensed by the State of Michigan, Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) under the provisions of Part 115 of Public Act 451, as a Type II (non-hazardous) waste disposal facility. B. The landfill gas produced at the RLP is collected from a series of landfill gas wells and collected in a landfill gas collection and control system (GCCS). The landfill gas is ultimately brought to a power plant owned by Riverview Energy Systems (RES) to make electricity (approximate capacity of 3,200 scfm or 1,600 scfm per turbine). Any surplus gas is destroyed in the existing landfill gas flares. C. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, and labor to redrill six (6) landfill gas wells, supply five (5) AP4 Bottom Load short pumps, install 12" header piping, and install 6" and 4" lateral piping, for 2025 Spring GCCS Construction at the RLP, as shown in the Construction Drawings.
