Site work for a mixed-use development in Moose Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility; and municipal facility.

Replace Fence Detection System at MSOP Moose Lake Site Directions: 1111 Highway 73, Moose Lake, MN 55767 A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replace the existing fence mounted detection system with a new fence mounted detection system. Remove old system when new system is tested and fully operational. Existing detection systems use copper cable on fence, new system uses fiber optic cable on fence. The project shall be substantially complete no later than within 210 calendar days from and including the date of the Provisional Notification to Proceed (if one is issued) or (if a Provisional NTP is not issued), the date of the Final Notification to Proceed. Final completion of the work will be 30 days following substantial completion. Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor, not as a Subcontractor, the work for at least two (2) contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since March 1, 2020, for General Contracting that involved similar project scope. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $200,000 or greater. In lieu of Responding company's projects, Responder may provide up to two (2) qualifying projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved Substantial Completion since March 1, 2020, for General Contracting that involved similar project scope, and each MUST have had a construction value of $200,000 or greater. Project Manager responsible for this project has had at least five (5) years of experience with General Contracting similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $200,000 or greater. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements, as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the project manual in the solicitation before submitting a response All questions should be submitted no later than April 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM CT. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time.
