Cost Range: $3,000,000 - $5,000,000 Proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing Design-Build services for master planning and construction of operations campus facilities located at 2345 Two Notch Road, Lexington South Carolina 29072. This will include site evaluation and recommendations for renovations, additions and/or removal of existing structures and construction of new facilities for warehouse, material storage, heavy equipment security and storage, fleet parking and necessary site work. A secure parking solution should accommodate approximately thirty-five (35) service vehicles and twenty (20) pieces of equipment (tractors, generators, pumps, etc.). The Commission is requesting Design-Build services for the site evaluation and planning for demolition of existing facilities and design build of new facilities for operations materials, equipment and fleet logistics. Develop construction documents for the Commission's approval and obtain all required permits for the construction phase. 6.
