Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a 92,000-square-foot recreation facility.
As of July 7,2025, construction is underway. This is the first phase of a larger, $900 million, multi-phased project. Phase one includes 92,000 square-foot entertainment complex and a 40,000 square-foot plaza. A timeline for construction of future phases has not been released. The additional phases for the Crossroads Development will include: -Multi-family -220 units Retail -185,000 GSF Parking -Three (3) parking structures -1600 parking stalls -200 surface parking stalls (All uses, square footage, and units are approximate and subject to change.) Interested firms may request a detailed scope of work by emailing their requests to joshb@woodburycorp.com with a copy to hannah.adeponu@cityofomaha.org prior to November 22, 2024. *Please note that Phase II is expected to include work for a hotel and 400 parking spaces; however, that information has not been released.
