Project Overview: Level I Studies and Level II Design is complete. 1. The Fine Arts Building project will consist of approximately 22,604 SF of renovation and 12,000 SF of new auditorium. 2. Currently, the projected timeframe is envisioned as follows: a. Estimated Design and Preconstruction Start Date: January 2019 b. Estimated Construction Start Date: April-May 2019 c. Estimated Construction End Date: August 2020 Scope of Services: The CMAR must be extremely proficient in developing schedules, preparing construction estimates, performing value engineering, analyzing alternative designs, studying labor conditions, understanding construction methods and techniques, coordinating and communicating the activities of the team throughout the construction phases. seeks to retain the services of a highly qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide comprehensive preconstruction with the possibility of construction management (CMAR) services. The CMAR shall exhibit: Experience in successfully completing Community College construction projects. Record of successfully completing Wyoming Community College projects of similar scope without technical problems. Previous experience with a public owner and good working relationships with owner representatives. Capacity for the project workload. Key personnel that have appropriate experience and qualifications. Relevant and easily understood documents used for construction administration. Construction Manager must be extremely proficient in developing schedules, preparing construction estimates, performing value engineering, analyzing alternative designs, studying labor conditions, and understanding construction methods and techniques. Construction Manager must demonstrate ability to coordinate overall direction of the work, monitor progress of the subcontractors and vendors, or any selfperformed work as required. The State's objective is to complete the Project on time and within budget, while satisfying the State's commitment to quality, efficiency, value, innovation, sustainability, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
