The CMAR shall exhibit: Experience in successfully completing Community College construction projects. Record of successfully completing Wyoming Community College projects of similar scope without technical problems. Previous experience with a public owner and good working relationships with owner representatives. Capacity for the project workload. Key personnel that have appropriate experience and qualifications. Relevant and easily understood documents used for construction administration. Construction Manager must demonstrate ability to coordinate overall direction of the work, monitor progress of the subcontractors and vendors, or any selfperformed work as required.
