Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 31,950-square-foot, 207-unit multi-residential development; and retail development.
Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) is seeking submissions from qualified, licensed and insured General Contractors to perform the construction of new town homes and roadway development for phase III of a multi-phased mixed income housing development. LMHA intends to negotiate a contract with a general contractor to continue the development the 718 Division Street site in Toledo Ohio with 55 new 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town homes. Work shall also include roadway construction and utility infrastructure. Interested General Contractors should be experienced with LEED for homes, Davis Bacon, Low Income Tax Credit and RAD developments.
