Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; parking garage; and for the demolition of a hospitality development.
The third phase of the expansion will see a $1.2bn investment to expand the north side of the terminal at three levels. It will expand the international curb side and airside areas for providing additional customs and immigration counters, and a security area. A new international terminal (Airside D), installed with international and domestic gates, will be also constructed during this phase. As of November 30, 2022, this project is no longer being sought by the owner.
