Demolition, site work, environmental remediation and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 274-unit multi-residential development; for the demolition of a transportation facility; and retail development.
Proposal to re-develop the Ronstadt Transit Center. One requirement of the proposal is to keep Ronstadt as a fully functioning transit center. The 4.7-acre development also includes plans for a mix of 300 residential units, commercial and retail along with a boutique hotel, a public market, and open plaza space. As of February 28, 2022, this project is still in the early planning stages. A schedule for design has not been disclosed. The City of Tucson has no recent applications for the project address. Information regarding a general contractor has not been confirmed.
