Renovation of an educational facility in Calgary. Conceptual plans call for a major modernization to an existing 74,819-square-foot school. Scope of work will include replacement of mechanical systems and damaged lockers, upgrading the electrical system, replacing finishes and millwork, re-configuring internal spaces, and washroom renovations. The modernization will also consist of upgrading all interior program spaces and a library to learning commons conversion. TIMELINE: This project is no longer included in the owner's current capital plans. Coverage of this report is discontinued.
