Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Port Hope, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,275-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center.

Construction of an addition to the Town Park Recreation Centre for use as a senior's centre/multi-purpose community centre to replace the Ruth Clarke Activity Centre. TIMELINE: A design builder team has been awarded as a result of a private invitation. Concept design and joint facility feasibility study was completed by the consultants. Funding sources including Federal and Provincial programs through the ICIP program have been approved. Project will proceed as a design-build with construction commencing spring 2023.
