Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and retail development.
Construction of residential, commercial and retail buildings on 17.5 acres of Canadian Pacific Railway land along Dewdney Avenue. Draft recommended scope includes the following: 1,200 residential units; mid-rise, mixed-use buildings on Dewdney Ave; grocery store and small-scale commercial amenities; high-density residential on southern edge; multi-purpose market building; mixed office and institutional building. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual. The City's intention is to issue a negotiated request for proposals in early 2026 to solicit concepts and interest from the private sector for development. The RFP is to specify that proposals must include at least one public park space, a minimum of 150 dwelling units. Further update in 2026.
