Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a stadium in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the demolition of a stadium.
As of October 2022, construction is underway. The Joe Davis Stadium project consists of modifications and additions to an existing precast concrete baseball stadium for the purposes of football and soccer. Renovations include all new concessions buildings, team locker rooms, seating, newly configured press boxes and new exterior skin. Most concrete within the stadium will be cleaned and coated with resinous material and caulking to improve water runoff. A new synthetic sports field will also be added, along with new LED field lighting. Please fill out all information completely. The term "the company" pertains to the construction company applying for pre-qualification. If submitting for multiple subcontractor trades, you must fill out a separate prequalification form for each trade for which you are prequalifying. (i.e. general contractor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.) The following contractors are required to prequalify for this project: General Contractor The City of Huntsville deems it very important for the contractor to have relevant experience in complex renovation projects. List similar projects in scope or value to the planned Joe Davis Stadium Renovation project that were completed on schedule.
