The City of Kenner ("Kenner") is making a request for proposal ("RFP") to obtain competitive proposals for the commercial development of a waterfront district on Lake Pontchartrain in Kenner, Louisiana ("Laketown") An inquiry period is set for all interested proposers to perform a detailed review of the RFP documents and to submit any written questions. All questions must be in writing by email to FINcontracts@kenner.la.us. Inquires must be received by the Inquiry Deadline date set forth in the Schedule of Events Kenner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP. Kenner reserves the rightto cancel this RFP at any time, in its sole discretion, if it is in the best interest of Kenner to do so.
