Design plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a 6,168-square-foot, two-story above grade multi-residential development.

As of May 18, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. A request for a field change authorization was submitted last month, pending results from the planning and development department. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. NOTE - This is the American Legion property, for sale by the Medway Affordable Housing Trust The Medway Affordable Housing Trust seeks proposals to purchase its property located at 6 Cutler Street, Medway, Massachusetts. The 0.65-acre lot is surrounded by small single-family homes and bordered by a cemetery and includes a two-story, 6,168 square foot Italianate-style building from the late 1800's. It is zoned for residential development and is located in a multi-family overly district. All questions about the meaning and intent of this RFP must be received in writing by mail (Town Administrator/Town Hall/Medway MA 02053), fax (508-321-4988) or email (ta@townofmedway.org) to the Town administrators office. Questions must be received no later than ten calendar days before the date specified for receipt of proposals. Answers will be sent by the Procurement Officer to all known prospective proposers in the form of an addendum to the RFP. Any agreement issued in response to a successful proposal must be approved by the Medway Affordable Housing Trust. The Medway Affordable Housing Trust reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or to cancel this solicitation. As of April 7, 2022, the developer selected Cutler Place LLC. The project was on the Town of Medway Commonwealth of Massachusetts Planning and Economic Development Board Meeting Agenda on January 13, 2022 for site plan, special permit, and land disturbance permit decision. The architectural firm is Alex Siekierski, RA Architectural Consultant *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources.
