The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Service Bay Expansion Fleet Services Facility - Expansion of 804 Texas Street, Denton, Texas 76209 New Truck Bay - 16,404 SF Each proposal must be accompanied an acceptable bid bond payable without recourse to the City of Denton, Texas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal submitted as guarantee that the proposer will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond, a payment bond and insurance certificate within ten (10) days after the notification of the award.
