Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,400,000-square-foot parking garage.
Plans call to construct 1.4 million square-foot airport that will house rental car services, public parking, and incorporate public transit connections. The facility will also add 830 new parking spots. A separate facility will serve as a transit center to link Bradley Airport to the Hartford Line. As of November 6, 2019, this project is currently under construction. A completion date has not been released.
