The authority welcomes bids from hist o r I c a l l y underutilized businesses (hubs). Contractors and suppliers submitting bids shall encourage hubs to participate in the performance of the contract. This is a NON-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference, although attendance is highly encouraged.
