Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The description and location of the project is as follows: One span steel girder bridge replacement over electrified railroad. Design/Build for temporary pedestrian bridge and ADA ramps. Also includes catenary modifications, traffic signals, and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings for STATE ROUTE 2031, SECTION DBR, in DELAWARE COUNTY, RIDLEY PARK BOROUGH from approximately E. Hinckley Ave. at segment 0040 offset 1871 to approximately E. Ridley Ave. at segment 0040 offset 2186.
