Design-Build construction; work includes two (2) new, NHL-sized ice pads equipped for sledge hockey, versatile concourse between the two ice pads, 14,500 sq. ft. multi-purpose space providing recreation and support to the arenas, connected to local streets, biking and walking network, and on site parking. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Construction is expected to commence in 2026.
